Bengaluru’s Mom-Fest by MomPower360: A Heartfelt Tribute to Moms Everywhere

Bengaluru, 20th November 2024: MomPower360, a community dedicated to empowering women and mothers, has announced the 3rd edition of its most ambitious initiative yet: a series of transformative events, including a Momathon, Virtual Summit, and the Mom Power Conference in Bengaluru. These events will take place from November 24 to November 30, 2024, with the aim to inspire, support, and connect mothers across various platforms.

Led by Founder & CEO Lakshmi Seshadri, a mother of three, winner of Mrs. India Universe (2016) and founder of The Joy Box, a social Initiative, MomPower360 2024 offers a comprehensive program combining physical activities, virtual learning, and in-person networking. This third edition is poised to make a mark with a mix of in-person experiences, virtual engagement, and digital community building. Additionally, the event will introduce the Mom Power Circle, a digital platform that extends the conference experience throughout the year.

With over 300 moms attending from diverse backgrounds, MomPower360 2023 was filled with insightful speakers and formed communities and bonds that have uplifted women across various strata of society. This year, the events aim to have an even bigger impact with multiple speakers including the talented mother-daughter duo, Kavita Krishnamurti Subramaniam and her daughter Bindu, and Maria Goretti, along with celebrity nutritionist Ryan Fernando sharing their unique perspectives on motherhood and legacy.

Highlights of MomPower360 2024:

  • Momathon 2024 (November 24, Sankey Tank): The week will begin with a family-friendly, no-charge walkathon at Sankey Tank, featuring Zumba sessions and a range of engaging activities. Designed to promote physical wellness and foster family bonding, the Momathon aims to unite communities in a fun and energizing atmosphere
  • Virtual Summit (November 28-29, Online): The no-charge virtual summit will feature interactive workshops, spotlighting mothers who have made significant strides in their respective fields. The virtual format provides participants the opportunity to engage with diverse discussion topics, all from the comfort of their homes.
  • The Mom Power Conference (November 30, Conrad Hotel): The conference runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM at Conrad Hotel, Bangalore. Targeting women, particularly mothers aged 25-45, the conference offers focused discussions on maternal wellness, self-care, and community building. With an aim to reach mothers wherever they are in their journey, the fest aims to offer support that spans wellness, career growth, and personal development.

Excited about the third edition and the platform’s growth, Lakshmi Seshadri, the Founder and CEO of Mompower360, said “In today’s fast-paced world, mothers often find themselves isolated, burnt out, juggling endless responsibilities without the support of a strong community or meaningful connections. At MomPower360, we’re bridging that gap by creating a space where moms can come together, share their journeys, and find real, authentic connections.”

“When mothers have a community to lean on and grow with, it not only uplifts them but also strengthens the fabric of our society. This movement is about empowering moms to pause, reflect, and reclaim their power—because when moms thrive, everyone thrives. Our mission has always been to ensure that every mother has equal access to the resources and community she needs to thrive.”
