Hyderabad, August 08th, 2024: Young FICCI Ladies (YFLO) Hyderabad Chapter to organise a novel session “Balance & Bliss”, Integrating Beauty & Wellness in the city on 13th August at the Park Hotel, Somajiguda.

The Bills & Balance session will feature three panelists Mira Kapoor, Co-founder of ‘Akind’ Beauty; Vasudha Rai, an Author, Podcaster, and Columnist – Beauty & Wellness and Dr. Pooja Talera – Aesthetic Physician, Director – KOSA Wellbeing.

Disclosing this in a press note issued in the city today, Ridhi Jain, Chairperson of YFLO said beauty is primarily focuses on external appearance and aesthetics. It involves enhancing physical features through practices such as makeup, hairstyling, and skincare. On the other hand, Wellness is a broader and more holistic concept that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

In today’s fast-paced world, achieving balance and well-being can be challenging. Our goal is to provide insights and inspiration on integrating beauty and wellness into daily life, fostering a more balanced and fulfilling existence.

Mira Rajput Kapoor, wife of actor Shahid Kapoor is co-founder of a skincare brand ‘Akind’.

Vasudha Rai is an author, columnist and podcaster who has written on beauty and wellness for more than two decades. Her bestseller, Glow: Indian Foods, Recipes and Rituals for Beauty, Inside and Out, has revived the use of traditional ingredients in everyday living. She is a certified yoga teacher.

Dr. Pooja Shah Talera is a medicine graduate and diploma holder in Practical Dermatology. She has well over 13 years of experience in beauty and wellness. Dr. Talera was educated and trained in Singapore, now practices in Pune
