India, 23rd July 2024: LS Digital, India’s premier integrated Digital Business Transformation company, is proud to announce the promotion of Dipshika Ravi to Vice President & Executive Creative Director – LS Creative. In her elevated role, Dipshika will lead the company’s creative and social media teams, craft and execute impactful marketing campaigns for clients, and steer the agency’s overall creative direction.
With over 16 years of experience, Dipshika has collaborated with global brands including PepsiCo, Bajaj Allianz, Singapore Tourism Board, Kellogg’s, Pringles, Canon, Mahindra & Mahindra, HDFC Life, Wipro, Tata Steel, and MakeMyTrip. Having been with LS Digital for four years, she will continue to report into Manesh Swamy, Managing Director & Chief Creative Officer – LS Creative.

Dipshika is a highly decorated professional, with over 80 international and national awards. She has been recognized among India’s Top 40 Creative Leaders by Exchange4Media in 2021 and Content 40Under40 in 2022. Additionally, she was honoured as a woman leader in Social Samosa’s Superwomen 2023 and has served on the jury for prestigious events such as ADFEST Thailand 2023 and The ABBYs ONE SHOW (Goafest).
