Silverstone, UK, 15th March 2024: A special signed Aston Martin Aramco F1® Team AMR24 simulator is being auctioned in the ‘Idols Auction’ over on F1 Authentic – owned by Northampton shire memorabilia company, Memento Exclusives, and run in partnership with Formula 1®. This simulator has been made by the memorabilia specialist and manufacturer in-house using CAD from Aston Martin Aramco F1® Team.
Earlier this month this special Simulator – Edition 1 of a limited production – made its way to the F1® team’s headquarters where it was used for photoshoots and promotional events. During which the team’s racing duo, Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll, showcased their driving skills from the cockpit of the simulator.
After which, the Spanish and Canadian aces both signed the engine cover of the simulator, making it a one-off edition. This simulator is now being auctioned for one lucky collector to get their hands on. It is being accompanied with a package, offering an exclusive experience.
The package includes a visit for two people to Aston Martin Aramco F1® Team Technology Campus located in Silverstone, over the weekend of the 2024 British Grand Prix. The auction winner (and their plus one) will receive a unique experience which will include a tour of the factory while being able to watch the team’s progress from the campus*
The Signed Simulator Package will make up part of F1 Authentic’ ‘Idols Auction’ – a campaign celebrating the stars of the screen and track – which will also feature an array of phenomenal memorabilia.
Barry Gough, CEO & Founder of Memento Exclusives & F1 Authentic commented: “We recently unveiled our simulator programme with Aston Martin Aramco F1® Team, ate am we’ve had the pleasure of partnering with for many years now. And now we are excited to be able to offer a one-off edition of the AMR24 simulator which Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll have both signed. Now live, the Signed Simulator Package will run for two weeks and will close on 28th March 2024. Collectors and fans can visit F1®Authentics to place bids.
