Bengaluru 23 December 2023: The schools of Brigade Foundation raised Rs.60 lakhs from student-led initiatives, ‘SprintFest: Stride for Knowledge, Run for Wellness’ (10K | 5K | 3K Run/Walkathon), held in October in the city and Carnival, ‘Flash @ Brigade: Rangeelo Rajasthan’ held at the schools of Brigade in Bangalore.

The funds raised were donated to ‘Sampark’ – a non-profit organisation that caters to the education, health care of the children of migrant workers, and women empowerment, ‘Jeevan Aadhar Medical Foundation’ founded by Dr. Neelesh Reddy and Dr. Manjunath Doshetty, that works on the health care needs of the underprivileged in the areas of cancer and other major ailments and ‘Humanist Centre for Medicine.’ The Humanist Centre for Medicine and Cytecare Hospitals work together to extend financial support to individuals battling cancer.
