The choice of the cuisine largely relates to its blend of aromas, spices and tantalizing tastes. Spices from India add flavour to the dishes along with Middle Eastern spices like saffron, thyme, garlic and yogurt making the palate live up to its promise of leaving one with savoury tastes, craving for more.
HYBA, nestled within the renowned Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre, introduces a refreshing concept with a modern appeal. Overlooking the beautiful pool, the ambiance is meticulously designed to create an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort, seamlessly blending modern elegance with timeless charm. The menu at HYBA is a delightful exploration of Mediterranean flavors, featuring an enticing selection of dishes including, Jujeh Kebab, Lamb Tagine, Ruz Bukhari, Kunafa, and much more. Each dish is burst of satiating charm.
The beverage philosophy including signature infusions & a bespoke Hyba experience i.e. House of Hyba are a worthy mention. These infusions have been perfected by their mixologists overtime to ensure an authentic & refreshing combination.
