Bhartiya, Mall of Bengaluru, organised a two-day event in view of Children’s Day at their commercial space. The celebration was held on 12 November and 13 November with various activities where tiny tots had a lovely time and thoroughly enjoyed with their parents. Children had a ‘meet and greet’ session with their favourite animated characters like Chhota Bheem and his team. They danced and talked with them and were filled with joy in witnessing their favourite characters on the floor.

A drawing and painting competition, ‘Little Picasso Art Competition’, was organised on the second day of the celebration, where children experienced different shades of life and painted the scenery of their dreams. The competition had over 500 participants who painted their hearts out. ‘Meet and greet’ with their favourite characters also continued, allowing them to click many pictures and gather fond memories of the event.
Winners of the competition were also rewarded with exciting prizes that left a glow on their happy faces. Children were divided among four groups according to age, and the top 3 performers of every group were awarded, 80 Consolation prizes were also given to about 20 students.

“We were planning to do something different this Children’s Day, rather than usual food stalls and gifts. Introducing them to their preferred characters was undoubtedly a brilliant idea, and visitors thoroughly enjoyed the concept along with their kids.
The kids were really happy to receive gifts for the competition. Certificated and shopping vouchers were given as rewards for the competition. We were mesmerised by the massive participation of kids in this two-day event,” said S Raghunandhan, President at Bhartiya Urban.
