New Delhi, India Feb 18th: Leverage Edu, a leading global education-to-employment platform, today announced the launch of LE AI, its proprietary suite of agentic AI systems designed to transform international education and talent mobility, at the India AI Impact Summit 2026 in New Delhi. Built and deployed from India, LE AI brings together a coordinated suite of purpose-built AI products:
Vasu AI Coach, LE AI Interviewer and LE AI Quality Compliance Specialist, designed to power decision-making, evaluation, and compliance across high-stakes workflows.
The launch marks a significant milestone in Leverage Edu’s mission to build AI-native infrastructure for global talent mobility – from India, for the world. It reflects the company’s shift from AI-assisted workflows to AI-powered infrastructure embedded directly into mission-critical processes across the student journey.
Early deployment of LE AI has already delivered measurable results, including 5× higher enrollments enabled through structured AI interviewing, elimination of over 20,000 hours of manual interviews, and reduction in student application turnaround time from 6-7 weeks to 2 hours.
Unlike most AI systems in education today that are generic chatbots, LE AI’s agentic systems are built as governed decision engines, combining LLM-based reasoning with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over verified institutional, policy and eligibility data, alongside deterministic rule engines for validation. This distinction ensures outputs are auditable, explainable, and correct by design, enabling deployment across 27 countries spanning complex and evolving regulatory environments.
“AI represents a fundamental shift in how opportunity will be accessed and distributed globally,” said Akshay Chaturvedi, Founder and CEO of Leverage Edu, speaking at the summit. “We are at an inflection point where AI is shifting from experimentation to core infrastructure. In education and talent mobility, decisions shape careers and life trajectories, so technology must be dependable, accountable and outcome-driven. With LE AI, we have rebuilt the core infrastructure that powers global education and careers. It is AI embedded at the foundation, enabling trusted decisions, scalable evaluation, and faster access to opportunity for students worldwide. As India emerges as a global force in applied AI, we are proud to unveil technology built here that is enabling students worldwide to access education and careers at an unprecedented scale.”
At the core of LE AI are three specialized AI systems designed to address critical bottlenecks across the student journey.
Vasu AI, a Coach accessible via WhatsApp, provides personalised, eligibility-grounded guidance to students, helping them make informed decisions with clarity and confidence. It uses structured reasoning and contextual cues to deliver reliable, personalised guidance at scale. LE AI Interviewer is an intelligent AI interview engine that conducts structured interviews, assesses candidate responses against predefined rubrics, and enables high-confidence decisions while escalating edge cases for human review. LE AI Quality Compliance Specialist automates reviews of applications and documents for eligibility, completeness, and authenticity, significantly improving processing speed while strengthening trust and decision quality.
Together, these systems position LE AI not as a support tool, but as foundational infrastructure for education-to-employment mobility, embedded directly into operational workflows.
Across emerging markets, millions of students graduate each year while employability gaps persist. With India advancing its ambition to become the Skill Capital of the world and strengthening global mobility partnerships, structured education-to-employment pathways are becoming increasingly critical. LE AI aims to reduce information asymmetry across cross-border corridors, enabling more transparent and efficient talent mobility.
“Students and aspirants around the world are our north star,” Chaturvedi added. “With LE AI, we are deploying AI where it matters most, at the intersection of opportunity, fairness and outcomes.”
Leverage Edu will continue to scale LE AI across its global partner network, integrating advanced AI capabilities into adjacent workflows including financing, housing and career enablement, as it deepens its AI-native transformation.
