Thane, Jan 27: Korum Mall, one of Thane’s most visited shopping destinations, celebrated Republic Day with a dignified flag – hoisting ceremony that reflected the spirit of unity, discipline, and national pride.

The Indian tricolour was ceremonially unfurled by the chief guest, Mr. Vyankat Bhanudas Patil, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Thane, a distinguished officer of the 1988 MPSC Direct batch. A moving highlight of the celebration was a band parade led by Korum Mall employees, who marched in unison, paying tribute to the nation. The parade, evoked a strong sense of emotion and togetherness, underscoring the collective respect for the values enshrined in the Constitution.

The event created a proud and pleasing moment for shoppers, enhancing the Republic Day spirit at the mall. The ceremony concluded on a note of pride and unity, reinforcing the ideals of the Republic.
