Menoveda, the world’s first Ayurveda-based brand dedicated exclusively to menopause wellness, has officially announced its launch in the United States. Founded by Indian entrepreneur Tamanna Singh along with her husband and co-founder Gautam Singh, the brand marks a significant milestone in its global expansion journey.
Menoveda offers clinically tested, non-habit-forming, plant-based formulations designed to support women through peri menopause, menopause and post-menopause. The brand has already impacted the lives of over one lakh women worldwide, addressing a wide range of symptoms including hot flashes, anxiety, fatigue, mood swings, insomnia, joint pain, hair loss and cognitive changes.
With nearly 1.2 billion women expected to be menopausal by 2030 and over 75 per cent experiencing disruptive symptoms, menopause remains a widely underserved area of women’s healthcare. Menoveda aims to bridge this gap by providing non-hormonal, holistic solutions rooted in Ayurveda and validated by modern science.
“We are not just entering a new market—we are building a global movement to normalise menopause,” said Tamanna Singh, Founder and CEO of Menoveda. “Women deserve safe, effective and compassionate care during this phase of life, without fear or stigma.”
A Personal Vision Turned Global Mission
The inception of Menoveda is deeply personal. At the age of 42, Tamanna Singh faced persistent menopause symptoms that were repeatedly misdiagnosed despite multiple medical consultations. The lack of answers and suitable treatment options led her to explore Ayurveda as a sustainable solution.
Combining India’s 5,000-year-old Ayurvedic wisdom with contemporary clinical research, Tamanna and Gautam Singh launched Menoveda in 2022, creating symptom-specific formulations tailored for real women and real experiences.
Science-Backed, Naturally Safe Solutions
Menoveda’s product portfolio is organised by core menopause concerns and includes solutions for emotional and mental wellness, bone and joint health, gut and urinary health, dermal and hair care, intimate health, and daily vitality. All products are manufactured in India, compliant with FDA export standards, and formulated using time-tested Ayurvedic herbs and adaptogens.
Unlike conventional hormone therapies, Menoveda’s formulations are non-hormonal, non-habit forming and designed to work in harmony with the body’s natural hormonal changes.
Addressing the Needs of Women of Colour
As the brand enters the U.S. market—home to over 53 million menopausal women—Menoveda aims to serve communities that are often overlooked in menopause research and solutions, particularly women of colour.
“Our products are rooted in Ayurveda but designed for the global woman—diverse, informed and seeking holistic care,” added Tamanna Singh.
Beyond Products: A Holistic Ecosystem
Menoveda also offers a comprehensive digital platform that includes a symptom-assessment quiz, access to certified menopause coaches and Ayurvedic doctors, educational resources, and a growing wellness community focused on integrative healing practices such as yoga and breathwork.
The brand is currently engaging with healthcare practitioners, wellness communities and influencers across the U.S. to raise awareness around non-hormonal and plant-based menopause care.
“Menopause is not a condition—it is a natural transition,” said Gautam Singh, Co-founder of Menoveda. “Our goal is to ensure every woman has access to safe, effective and empathetic support, wherever she lives.”
