Dec 29: Set against the tranquil expanse of the Aravalli hills, Raffles Jaipur introduces its newest weekend ritual The Palace Sunday Brunch at Safir, launched on Sunday, 28 December, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.
Thoughtfully designed as a leisurely, table-served experience, the brunch celebrates refined flavours, culinary artistry and the quiet luxury that defines the reimagined palace. Complemented by the signature Raffles Butler Service, each guest is assured attentive and personalised care throughout the afternoon.
The experience highlights the season’s finest produce, masterfully crafted and thoughtfully paired with Veuve Clicquot Champagne. The brunch unveils a curated menu presented with tableside flair and gastronomic precision.
Inspired by the shades of Mother Nature, the menu showcases exceptional ingredients from Indian Ocean seafood to delicate greens and fruit-forward produce at their seasonal peak.
The final punctuations come through theatrical desserts and our philosophy of mindful dining.
Rooted in flavour, comfort and gentle indulgence, this inaugural brunch marks the beginning of a new Sunday tradition inviting guests to linger, savour and celebrate the art of unhurried luxury at Raffles Jaipur.
