IndiGo, today, commenced operations from the newly inaugurated Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA). The first flight arrived at NMIA from Bengaluru today morning, while the first departure was to Hyderabad shortly thereafter.
IndiGo’s initial services from NMIA connects to the following 13 destinations:

- ∙ Daily flights to/from Lucknow effective 25 December 2025
- ∙ Daily flights to/from Mangaluru effective 25 December 2025
- ∙ Daily flights to/from Nagpur effective 25 December 2025
- ∙ 6x weekly flights to/from Goa (Mopa) effective 25 December 2025
- ∙ Daily flights to/from Jaipur effective 26 December 2025
- ∙ Daily flights to/from Chennai effective 29 December 2025
- ∙ Daily flights to/from Coimbatore effective 29 December 2025
- ∙ 5x weekly flights to/from Vadodara effective 30 December 2025
Mr. Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales, IndiGo, said,

These newly launched services will support the growth of this brand-new aviation gateway and complement Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.”
The commencement of flights from NMIA is part of IndiGo’s efforts to leverage the airport as a strategic aviation gateway, complementing Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and offering seamless travel experience to customers in and around the city.
