New Delhi, Dec 23: Ampcus Cyber, a global cybersecurity firm, has announced a company-wide year-end break from December 25 to January 4, reinforcing its commitment to employee well-being, sustainable performance, and people-first leadership.
As part of the initiative, Ampcus Cyber will observe a 10-day collective employee holiday, encouraging teams to unplug, recharge, and spend meaningful time with their families. During this period, the company’s offices will operate in skeleton mode, ensuring continuity for critical business and delivery operations while allowing the broader workforce to fully disconnect.
The move reflects Ampcus Cyber’s belief that long-term cyber resilience is built not just on advanced technology and processes, but also on empowered, well-rested people. In an industry known for high-pressure environments and 24/7 vigilance, the organisation views rest as a strategic enabler of clarity, performance, and long-term excellence.
“Cybersecurity is a marathon, not a sprint,” said Deep Chanda, Chief Officer, Ampcus Cyber.
“Protecting digital ecosystems requires sharp thinking, calm decision-making, and sustained focus. We believe that giving our people the space to rest and reset is essential to delivering excellence for our clients. When employees are supported as humans first, they show up stronger as professionals.”
Throughout the break, Ampcus Cyber’s leadership team will remain available to oversee essential operations and support priority client requirements. Teams have also been encouraged to limit internal emails and routine communication during the period, creating a clear boundary between work and rest.
The year-end break caps a year of growth and momentum for Ampcus Cyber, marked by expanded global engagements, deeper client partnerships, and continued investments in cybersecurity innovation and talent development, setting the stage for an even stronger year ahead.
