New Delhi, Dec 18: Sparsh Pearl, a trailblazer in India’s bath fittings industry with over three decades of excellence, organised a special employee development programme led by well-known business coach and motivational speaker Rahul Malodia. The initiative was personally arranged by the company’s Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Naresh Garg, as part of his ongoing focus on nurturing talent and strengthening organisational culture.
The two-hour session, attended by employees from various departments, centred on one powerful theme — ownership. Rahul Malodia, known for his practical and relatable communication style, spoke about why taking ownership of one’s work is the foundation of professional growth, team efficiency and long-term success in any organisation.
Speaking about the initiative, Mr. Naresh Garg, Chairman & Managing Director, Sparsh Pearl said, “People are the heart of Sparsh Pearl. If our team grows, the company naturally grows with them. I believe that every employee should feel confident, empowered and responsible towards their work. This session was organised to remind all of us that ownership is not a task — it is a mindset that shapes careers.”
Mr. Garg further expressed that in a fast-changing business environment, companies must go beyond technical training and focus on building strong values, inner motivation and clarity among employees.
The session touched upon real-life examples, behavioural patterns at the workplace, and everyday situations where individuals can take proactive decisions instead of waiting for instructions. The interactive format kept participants engaged, leading to honest conversations and meaningful introspection.
Archit Garg, along with other members of Sparsh Pearl’s core leadership team including Rachit Garg and Manish Gupta, also addressed the gathering. Archit Garg appreciated the initiative and highlighted how a culture of responsibility directly strengthens productivity, trust and team bonding. Rachit Garg encouraged employees to use the learnings in their daily roles and to aim for personal progress along with organisational goals, while Manish Gupta emphasised the importance of self-discipline and accountability in building strong teams and sustaining long-term organisational growth.
For Sparsh Pearl, this initiative is part of a broader internal programme aimed at enhancing efficiency, leadership qualities and employee well-being. By inviting established industry voices like Rahul Malodia, the company aims to create a workplace where learning remains continuous and every team member feels valued.
