Sparsh Pearl Organises Special Employee Development Session with Renowned Speaker Rahul MalodiaNew Delhi, Dec 18: Sparsh Pearl, a trailblazer in India’s bath fittings industry with over three decades of excellence, organised a special employee development programme led by well-known business coach and motivational speaker Rahul Malodia. The initiative was personally arranged by the company’s Chairman & Managing Director, Mr. Naresh Garg, as part of his ongoing focus on nurturing talent and strengthening organisational culture.

The two-hour session, attended by employees from various departments, centred on one powerful theme — ownershipRahul Malodia, known for his practical and relatable communication style, spoke about why taking ownership of one’s work is the foundation of professional growth, team efficiency and long-term success in any organisation.
