
Bringing over 15 years of global experience across India, the UAE, and Europe, Rishu Bartaria has officially joined Times Talent as the Head of Talent & Entertainment. Known for her sharp instinct, strategic foresight, and deep understanding of cultural trends, Rishu is poised to lead a new era of talent management within The Times Group’s entertainment vertical.
At Times Talent, Rishu currently manages a robust and diverse portfolio of 92 artists – ranging from rising stars like Harnaaz Sandhu, Gayatri Bhardwaj, and Eklavya Sood, to established names such as Sheeba Chadha, Darsheel Safary, and Anand Tiwari. She is actively focused on building strategic growth paths for each artist, securing breakthrough OTT debuts, aligning talent with premium production houses, and unlocking global collaborations. Her approach combines intuition, creative insight, and structured business thinking — ensuring that talent isn’t just discovered, but truly sustained.
Beyond actors, Rishu’s vision includes nurturing a thriving ecosystem of directors, writers, composers, and cultural creators across disciplines.
